We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship & Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying opportunities to increase engagement, participation, and revenue across EHS and the wider Altius Group. The Opportunity In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner for key client accounts, ensuring high retention, strong satisfaction, and ongoing growth. You will work closely with internal delivery teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and on-sell EHS services. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing EHS clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction Drive client uptake, engagement, and participation across EHS health programs Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and on-sell EHS and Altius Group services Act as the primary client interface for the delivery of multifaceted programs (including workplace health providers and insurers) Negotiate contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service agreements Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within CRM systems (HubSpot) Resolve client issues and complaints, liaising with delivery managers and escalating where required Generate client reports and presentations on program performance and outcomes Collaborate with delivery teams to provide feedback on service quality, product development, and improvements based on client insights Coordinate priorities and deadlines with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery Make day-to-day decisions relating to account management, service changes, and upgrades About You You are a confident relationship manager with strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in workplace health and wellbeing. You thrive in a client-facing role and are comfortable balancing relationship management with sales and growth targets. You will bring: Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or B2B sales Strong negotiation skills with experience managing renewals and pricing discussions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving client issues Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded) A professional, confident, and positive approach to representing the business Absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling client and business information Culture & Values At EHS and the Altius Group, our people and culture matter.
