Principal responsibilities of this role are: - Encouraging teams to identify and implement strategies to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery for people with an intellectual disability.- You keep yourself and teams informed about and ensure the application of relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies and service delivery practices.- You plan for and implement regular monitoring and review of systems and processes utilised by support staff within the service delivery environment.- Can articulate performance standards when providing assessment of direct support staff by providing constructive and incisive feedback about the work practices of individual staff with service delivery and departmental requirements.- You actively contribute and encourage relevant others to participate in support planning for people with a disability receiving services.- Recognising and contributing to the Governance Structure, supporting quality outcomes for clients through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
