Key competencies (role specific criteria): You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following: Understanding of the range of data produced from the technical, scientific, instrumental and clinical aspects of pathology laboratories. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) in a large production data warehouse environment. Demonstrated experience in creating data models involving SCD (slowly changing data). Strong experience in Data management, Programming and Documentation as well as quality control activities including prototyping, beta testing, and user acceptance testing. Experience working with BI technology and LIS applications such as SaS, AUSLAB, DSS Necto, Qlik and other business intelligence tools. Must have a strong command of Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, SQL and query folding. Demonstrated experience with business process modelling and improvement techniques as well as identify requirements, write specifications, manage, and trace requirements, conduct investment analysis and work with vendors, enterprise architects and subject matter experts within a Digital and ICT context. Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to prepare proposals, work packages and business cases to influence the decision making of senior staff. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach and the ability to liaise and relate to a wide range of stakeholders including senior and executive stakeholders. Motivated and proactive with the ability to manage and coordinate work within a multi-disciplinary team with limited supervision. Why work with us?
