Strategic Account Manager - Enterprise Accounts Sydney / NSW | Hybrid This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for Kennards Hire's most significant enterprise customers. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will manage a select portfolio of Tier 1 customers with complex, multi-site operations across the building, construction and infrastructure sector. This role focuses on enterprise account strategy, executive engagement and long-term partnership. About the Role You will act as the strategic point of contact for Kennards Hire's largest customers, ensuring a consistent, solutions-led experience across regions and teams. Working closely with the State Sales Manager and internal stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver account-level strategies that grow revenue and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing relationships with a small portfolio of enterprise customers Developing and maintaining enterprise account strategies aligned to customer objectives Leading boardroom and executive-level presentations on capability, solutions and partnership models Building trusted relationships with C-suite, procurement and senior operational stakeholders Coordinating internal teams to deliver a consistent national customer experience Identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet through solution-led engagement Acting as a senior escalation point for key customers when required About You You are a senior commercial professional with strong executive presence and experience operating in complex customer environments. You will bring: Proven experience managing large or strategic customer accounts. Demonstrated boardroom and executive presentation experience Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop account-level strategy Confidence engaging with stakeholders from senior operational leaders through to C-suite The ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority Experience in construction, infrastructure or similarly complex industries (highly regarded) This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is limited to site-based or transactional sales.
