To be successful, you’ll have: Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service role is essential Exposure and interest in hardware, tools, or industrial supplies would be an advantage Solid Microsoft computer skills and ideally experience with CRM systems such as SAP High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills An ability to work independently and as part of a team A genuine desire to grow your career in a supportive and established business About the Role As a key player in this close-knit team, you’ll be the go-to person for all things customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks — no two days will look the same!
