We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our executive leadership team and lead the next phase of commercial growth for the business. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will have end-to-end responsibility for sales, distribution and dealer engagement across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead high-performing teams across sales, distribution centres, business development, training and dealer support, ensuring our dealer network receives first-class service and proactive support. This is a hands‑on executive role suited to a commercial leader who enjoys being close to customers, developing people and turning strategy into action. The Role Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will: Lead and execute the commercial strategy across sales team, distribution team and dealer engagement Build, develop and inspire high-performing teams across sales, distribution, training and support Strengthen dealer relationships through proactive engagement and structured CRM use Ensure reliable delivery schedules and consistently high-quality product outcomes Oversee dealer onboarding, training and ongoing business capability development Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, systems and service delivery. Contribute to executive-level strategy and growth initiatives Ensure a safe, compliant work environment aligned with all WHS, NHVR and other regulatory requirements About You You are a strong commercial and operational leader, with experience in partnering with small business owners and a proven track record at a senior or executive level.
