Strong understanding of site safety, quality, and scheduling. Confident managing subcontractors and site personnel. Good understanding of safety procedures and worksite standards. Current driver’s licence (own vehicle preferred). About the Role Oversee daily site activities and team performance. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard. Monitor progress against program and report issues early. Maintain site documentation, inductions, and compliance. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
