ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager to manage piling projects across New South Wales. Our client is known for delivering small to large-scale infrastructure projects, and this role requires strong leadership and technical experience to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Main Responsibilities Manage piling projects from start to finish. Ensure work meets safety, quality, and engineering standards. Lead engineers, supervisors, and site teams. Plan project schedules, budgets, and resources. Prepare reports, method statements, and risk assessments. Supervise temporary works and site activities. Monitor project progress, costs, and variations. Keep records and project documents organised. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil construction or engineering, with a strong background in piling and ground engineering works. Proven experience managing piling projects from planning through to completion. Experience in bored piles, CFA, sheet piling, and other piling methods is required . Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, temporary works, and site operations. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors. Experience delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills. Willingness to work in regional locations on an occasional basis. Benefits Competitive Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 base Super Car (negotiable depending on experience). Work on piling and ground engineering projects across New South Wales.
