They run multiple extrusion and moulding lines from their dedicated state-of-the-art highly automated Melbourne factory. The company is growing quickly and this newly created position is now available. Your new hands-on role will see you lead a small team overseeing all day to day operations of the warehouse, from order-picking, dispatch, booking of pick-ups as well as the receipt and transfer of packaging and other raw materials to the factory. You will lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is not an office-based role, so you will have to get your hands dirty! You will have responsibility for the warehouse team including hiring supervision, training and development, planning, maintenance, and safety. You will have demonstrable past warehouse supervision, coordination or management experience and are looking for a secure position in a company that will grow as the company grows.
