Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out (Health & Office) Location: Brisbane Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 Super Role Type: Permanent We are working with a growing fit-out contractor that specialises predominantly in healthcare projects , with ongoing office and government work across the sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of repeat clients, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager . The Initial Project Your first project will be a mental health facility office fit-out , running for approximately 10 weeks , commencing 16th February . The scope includes: Ceilings Partitions (including joinery and glazing) Some AC and services connection works Strong coordination of trades and consultants Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to start a couple of weeks prior to get across the business, systems, and processes, however earlier starts can be considered. About the Role This is a permanent role with ongoing work beyond the initial project. You'll be delivering projects within a business that: Focuses heavily on healthcare fit-outs Also delivers office fit-outs, often linked to health sector clients Works closely with government clients, so a solid understanding of rules, regulations, and compliance is essential You'll be client-facing, so strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations are critical.
