What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the execution of CRM campaigns from initial brief to deployment across email, push, and SMS channels. Develop engaging content with creative and partner marketing teams to drive monthly active users. Manage the end-to-end delivery of major industry campaigns like Black Friday, End of Season Sales, and Christmas. Use data and insights to run A/B tests and optimise campaign performance, providing clear recommendations for improvement. Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and Brand teams to ensure your campaigns are executed effectively. Implement a test-and-learn approach to constantly improve engagement and channel health. What You Can Bring to the Team: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a CRM role, with a proven track record of managing email and push notification channels. A data-driven and strategic mindset, with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
