About the Role As a Funeral Director's Assistant, you will play an important behind the scenes role in ensuring services run smoothly and with dignity. Supporting Funeral Directors, you will assist with a variety of tasks including transfers, viewings, service preparation and mortuary support. This is a practical, hands on role suited to someone who values teamwork, takes pride in their work and finds purpose in helping others during sensitive times. About You You bring a calm, respectful and compassionate approach to your work and are comfortable operating in emotionally sensitive environments. You enjoy being part of a team, can follow processes with care and precision, and are reliable in your day to day responsibilities. Experience in customer service, hospitality or community based roles will be highly regarded, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
