Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests by maintaining high housekeeping standards. You’ll lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents—while having fun along the way! Handle tasks like making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring appliances are in working order, reporting any issues promptly. Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, keeping storage areas tidy and assisting with stock takes. Work in a fast-paced, physical environment that involves lifting, bending, and walking across the site, using PPE and cleaning chemicals safely. Support the team by taking on additional duties as required and embracing opportunities for cross-training and learning new skills. You’re Likely a Match If You Enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in maintaining high standards. Are reliable, safety-conscious, and have a strong sense of integrity. Work well in a team, communicate effectively, and value diverse perspectives. Have a proactive, can-do attitude and are comfortable taking initiative. Bring experience in hospitality cleaning or guest service and understand the importance of meeting deadlines and quality standards. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
