Vic Park City is seeking a highly organised & motivated Warranty Clerk/Service Representative for our high volume, process driven Service Department in Victoria Park! Vic Park City has a new exciting opportunity for an organised, motivated Automotive Warranty Clerk/Service Representative within a successful, supportive service department where professional service & timely efficient processes are the key elements for our very busy department. This role is hybrid all-rounder position that primarily focuses on operating as a Warranty Clerk while also serving customers in the front counter and interpreting parts for vehicles. ROLE Serving Customers at the front counter while also assisting them on the phone. Costing of customers with new and used vehicle job cards. Coordinating recon jobs through the workshop. Coordinating used and new vehicle delivery processes Parts receipting, maintenance and ordering of parts. Sublet receipting Processing all warranty & good-will claims in a timely manner Completing warranty claims to manufacturer guidelines Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all requested parts Keeping and maintaining a warranty claim register Filing all warranty Repair Orders as well as all correspondence, service letters, technical bulletins and standard repair time guides Discussing policy write offs with Service Manager Maintaining clear direction on factory policy decisions Establishing & maintaining positive relationships with manufacture representative. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct reports, processes, claims, returns, receipting, payments are adhered to. YOU Self-motivated and well organised Proficient computer skills/knowledge Able to work autonomously and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Positive, and a can do attitude Previous Warranty Clerk/service advisor Experience with in a Dealership Environment Essential.
