Jack Of All Fades is a modern barbershop based in Victoria Park WA 6100 delivering premium men’s grooming in a relaxed, vintage-inspired setting. Specialising in sharp fades, classic and modern haircuts, beard sculpting and cut-throat shaves, the team focuses on quality, style and great service to keep every client looking fresh and confident. Jack Of All Fades is now looking for an experienced Hairdresser to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Train junior hairdressers with cutting and coloring techniques; Cleaning hairbrushes, combs, and other tools used in hair care; Communicating with clients about their hairstyle preferences and any concerns they may have regarding their hair care; Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner; Shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair; Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits; Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products; Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools; Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks); Manage bookings and serve walk-ins; Cleaning work stations and sanitising equipment throughout the day; Washing, conditioning, cutting, coloring and styling hair; Manage and oversee junior hairdressers; About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Hairdresser; Strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to provide all kind of haircuts and colouring; Patient and detail oriented; Excellent organisational and management skills; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
