We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of a high‑value product portfolio and help shape the future of education technology. This role is hands‑on and strategically influential. You will define product strategy, shape initiatives, and deliver meaningful outcomes for educators, students, and families. Working across an evolving organisation, you will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive clarity, alignment, and impact. Your focus will be on deeply understanding customer and market needs, translating insights into product opportunities, and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will also contribute to a shared platform strategy and help communicate product value across the organisation. This role offers high autonomy, broad scope, and the opportunity to influence product direction at scale. What You Will Do Shape the vision and strategy for a multi‑product portfolio, defining and executing a roadmap aligned to customer and market needs Identify and prioritise initiatives using customer insights, market research, and commercial goals Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to deliver strong product outcomes Lead and synthesise discovery, competitive analysis, and customer engagement programs Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Go‑To‑Market teams to articulate and realise product value Build alignment with regional peers to support a global platform strategy and shared opportunities Develop strong relationships across a global matrix to drive clarity, momentum, and alignment Champion customer value in strategic discussions and ensure decisions reflect user needs What You Will Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record in complex environments Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes Strong prioritisation and decision‑making skills in dynamic, delivery‑focused settings Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working across multiple products and functions, ideally in a matrixed or global organisation A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes Experience in structured environments preferred Exposure to accounting or K‑12 education domains is a plus, but not essential Why Tes Our intuitive technology streamlines complex tasks, enhances learning experiences, and alleviates the administrative burdens that often overwhelm schools.
