Your New Role In this 12-month contract you will be responsible for supporting the Administrations Operations Manager in ensuring the consistent delivery of AustralianSuper’s Products and Services for Members and Employers. As the Senior Operations Specialist you will provide expert operational guidance and decision making for the Fund’s administrative teams and vendors, manage complex queries, ensure service providers are meeting the requirements under the administration contract and support changes to Products and Services. Key duties include but not limited to; Support the Administration Operations Manager . Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure the consistent delivery of existing Products and Services. Drive resolution of operational issues pertaining to existing Products and Services. Make recommendations to update existing Product and Service business rules to improve efficiency. Provide expert operational guidance and decision making for other teams and vendors in relation to how the Fund’s existing Products and Services are delivered. Act as subject matter expert and deliver tasks relating to legislative change. Act as subject matter expert and deliver tasks relating to business wide projects. Assist in review of communications to ensure accuracy and compatibility with business rules/systems/policies – standards letters, online content, Product Disclosures Statements and forms. Report and/or manage operational incidents to resolution What You’ll Need At least five years’ experience in administration and operations. At least five years’ experience within the Superannuation industry. Effective and succinct communication skills. An ability to comprehend and translate technical and complex documents & policies. Collaborates to achieve better outcomes but is comfortable to work autonomously when needed. Enjoys interacting with a diverse workforce across multiple organisations .
