Your new role: As a Mental Health Clinician within the Logan Acute Care Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health services to consumers experiencing acute mental health needs within the community. In this role, you will: Deliver timely clinical assessments, brief and crisis interventions, and contribute to discharge planning within a multidisciplinary acute care setting Manage an allocated caseload using sound clinical judgement, prioritisation, and effective time management Work collaboratively with consumers, carers, families, and internal and external stakeholders to support person-centred outcomes Participate in clinical education, supervision, service improvement, and quality and safety activities under the guidance of senior staff About you: You are a committed and capable mental health clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, consumer-focused care.
