Who You Are We’re looking for a Digital Producer (AEM) to lead the delivery of high-quality digital content across web and app platforms. This role is well suited to someone who is confident owning content publishing workflows end to end, while partnering closely with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver meaningful digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing AEM-driven content initiatives, from shaping requirements and coordinating builds, through to authoring, publishing, and release. You’ll bring a strong understanding of AEM capabilities and digital best practices, balancing hands-on content work with delivery oversight and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day delivery of AEM-based website and app content workstreams. Author, publish, and maintain content in Adobe Experience Manager, including pages, components, templates, and assets. Translate business, marketing, and content requirements into clear, AEM-ready user stories and delivery tasks. Lead content updates, page builds, component rollouts, and content migrations within AEM. Ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with AEM best practices and digital experience standards. Coordinate developers, designers, content authors, and QA to support smooth releases. Manage delivery artefacts including backlogs, tickets, dependencies, and timelines. Facilitate or contribute to agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and publishing issues. Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, clearly communicating progress and outcomes. Requirements Strong experience as a Digital Producer or similar role delivering CMS-driven digital experiences. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , particularly content authoring and publishing. Solid understanding of digital content lifecycles, governance, and release processes. Confidence working autonomously while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
