Job Description Your New Role As Senior Advisor, People & Culture, you will focus on workplace relations, providing advice and support on workplace relations matters, including case management, EA interpretation and policy development. You will also be required to provide generalist P&C advice and support and contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives across People Operations and Partnering, as organisational priorities require. This role is ideal for a HR generalist with an interest and desire to further build their expertise in ER/IR. You don’t need to be a specialist, but experience managing cases and a genuine interest to develop your skills in workplace relations will set you up for success. Core Accountabilities: Provide timely advice on and assist with workplace relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and investigations under the guidance of the Manager, Workplace Relations Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on Workplace Relations and P&C activity, trends and risks Support organisation-wide projects such as performance reviews and change management Collaborate with Business Partners and flex into recruitment and other generalist activities during peak periods Desired Skills and Experience About You You are an experienced HR professional with strong generalist skills and an interest in workplace relations. You will have: Previous experience in a HR generalist/advisory role Exposure to ER/IR matters and a desire to grow in this space Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (highly desirable) Employee Benefits We drive strong collaboration and support our teams to work virtually and flexibly.
