Solar & Battery Accredited Electricians Work across Melbourne ( Working out of either Eastern or Northern Branches) Our client is a rapidly scaling clean-energy company delivering solar, battery, EV charging, RCAC, and full electrification solutions across Victoria. We are seeking Solar & Battery Accredited Electricians to join their growing delivery teams. This role suits experienced electricians who are looking for long-term employment , structured career progression, and exposure to advanced electrification projects. Key Responsibilities Install and commission solar PV systems, battery storage, EV chargers, RCAC, and electrification works Lead on-site installations and ensure compliance with Australian standards Mentor apprentices and support development of multi-trade capabilities Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery efficiency Essential Requirements Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria) CEC Solar Accreditation (Battery accreditation required or willingness to obtain) Proven experience in residential or light commercial solar installations Strong understanding of Australian electrical and solar standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s licence and ability to work across Melbourne/Victoria Desirable Battery installation experience EV charger and RCAC experience Leadership or supervisory experience Interest in career progression into team leadership or project management Benefits Full-time, stable employment (following initial contract period) $55 per hour plus superannuation & either travel allowance or access to company vehicle ( overtime available) Clear internal progression pathway: Electrician → Team Lead → Project Manager → Multi-Site Lead Ongoing training, accreditation support, and access to emerging technologies Mentoring in project management, quoting, and customer leadership Opportunity to be part of a national clean-energy workforce initiative How to Apply Apply today on the link, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Doug on 0488 490 972 or email your resume direct to: doug@melrec.com.au
