This role is ideal for an experienced wedding professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering impeccably executed, high-end events. You will manage weddings from initial consultation through to flawless on-the-day delivery, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of luxury weddings, including complex multicultural and large-scale celebrations Conduct detailed menu consultations and develop comprehensive run sheets to ensure seamless delivery Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate all logistics, including bump-in and bump-out Act as the primary point of contact for couples, providing a highly personalised and professional planning experience Host and support clients on event days, managing final adjustments in collaboration with Operations and Culinary teams Represent the business at wedding showcases and industry events as required Some weekend work is required, with time off provided during the week About You: A proactive, solutions-focused professional with exceptional attention to detail Confident managing multiple events simultaneously in a high-volume environment Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passionate about delivering premium, guest-focused experiences that exceed expectations Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating weddings or premium events Excellent organisational, administrative and time-management skills Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards Experience with event management systems Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary with generous incentives and performance bonuses Employee referral rewards program Monthly birthday and work anniversary celebrations Career development opportunities and cross-department progression Exclusive staff discounts across premium hospitality venues THE MONDAY GROUP is a specialist recruitment agency and executive search firm for the events, experiential marketing, hotel & hospitality industries.
