Our client is a well-established and growing agency operating in a high-volume, service-led environment. Following a period of strong business growth and internal progression, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Manage r to lead client delivery, manage key accounts, and oversee a small coordination team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing client relationships, team leadership, and operational oversight. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of People & Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing diary allocation and bookings, and supporting new business conversion alongside the Business Development Manager. You’ll lead a small team of Client Services Coordinators and act as the senior escalation point for clients. This role has been elevated beyond a purely transactional function and offers genuine scope to grow into a more strategic, account-focused position as the business continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture key client accounts, acting as a trusted senior contact Oversee diary allocation, bookings, and service delivery across accounts Lead, coach, and support Client Services Coordinators Handle quoting, reactive sales, and inbound client requests Partner closely with the Business Development Manager on new and existing business Manage escalations and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently Ensure accurate use of workforce and client management systems Participate in an after-hours emergency phone roster (rotated, allowance provided) About You Background in labour hire, agency, or workforce coordination environments (highly regarded) Experience in client services, account management, or operations leadership Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Strong communicator with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Confident managing competing demands while maintaining service standards Hospitality or service-industry management experience will be highly regarded What’s On Offer Salary of $ 85,000–$90,000 super Structured rostered office hours with flexibility for appointments Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture A role positioned for growth and increased responsibility as the business scales THE MONDAY GROUP is a specialist recruitment agency and executive search firm for the events, experiential marketing, hotel & hospitality industries.
