Job Description Regional Lead – SA| Energy & Infrastructure Consultancy Location: Adelaide, SA Start Date: ASAP Package: High $200k to early $300k Bonus Our client is a fast-growing, specialist consultancy delivering end-to-end solutions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a no-nonsense approach to delivery, they are now looking for a State Lead – SA to spearhead their growth in the region. Why This Role? What You’ll Do Lead business development and project delivery across SA (50/50 split) Build and manage a high-performing local team Collaborate with national teams on major projects Travel occasionally to VIC and QLD as needed What We’re Looking For A strong SA network across renewables, T&D, or energy infrastructure Technically credible – ideally with experience in grid connection, engineering, or commissioning Values-driven – respectful, client-focused, and collaborative Leadership without ego – no micro-managers here.
