Job Description Contact Centre Consultants Wanted — Canning Vale, WA (Own Transport Required) If you’re someone who thrives on providing exceptional service, become a part of our integral and dynamic team as a Contact Centre Consultant in a permanent FULL‑TIME role. About the role The Contact Centre operates 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday , including all public holidays except Christmas Day. Must be available to work until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and new customers. Consistently meet key performance targets (KPIs) including call quality and compliance. Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently. Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement. Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills. What you’ll bring Experience in customer service is required, with prior call centre experience being essential. (Candidates from office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, aged care, nursing, or social work backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.) A passion for making a difference in people’s lives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A compassionate, empathetic and patient manner. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer databases is preferred but not essential. Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable transport to commute to Canning Vale (screening check includes transport). Location & Transport On‑site at our Canning Vale, WA facility. Own reliable transport is essential — there is no public transport servicing the site. Free onsite parking is available. Training & Pre‑employment Four‑week training program combining classroom and hands‑on experience. Weeks 1–2: 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (System & Product Training). Weeks 3–4: On‑the‑job embedding. Intake starts Monday, 16 February 2026. Pre‑employment: 1‑hour assessment required. What’s in it for you?
