Handy Helper Wanted at Erina! Maintenance Volunteering role. Do you have a bit of free time and enjoy fixing things or getting your hands in the garden? We’re looking for a handy, practical volunteer to support our property team with light maintenance and gardening tasks in our dementia‑specific cottages at Erina. Your tasks may include tidying gardens, pruning, minor repairs, changing light globes, BBQ checks, pressure‑washing paths, painting, and lubricating door locks. While the focus is on maintenance, you’ll also have the chance to connect with residents, adding warmth and purpose to your visits. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
