About the Role Dysons is seeking an experienced and proactive Return to Work Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of our people across a multi-site transport operation. In this role, you will provide end-to-end return to work and workers compensation management, with a strong focus on early intervention, sustainable outcomes, and legislative compliance. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be a trusted advisor who champions safety, wellbeing, and best practice injury management. Key responsibilities include: Providing proactive case management for injured employees, with a focus on early intervention Developing, implementing and monitoring effective return to work plans in collaboration with leaders Coaching managers and supervisors in effective injury management practices Managing workers compensation claims end-to-end, including liaison with insurers and monitoring costs Ensuring compliance with legislative, award, and accredited bus operator requirements Supporting safety and wellness initiatives and contributing to broader safety activities when required About You If you are an empathetic, organised and solutions-focused professional with a genuine passion for safety, health and wellbeing this role is for you!
