About the Role The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing and advertising initiatives to promote Adelaide Commercial Cleaning’s services. This role suits a results-driven marketer who can manage end-to-end campaigns, analyse performance data, and collaborate with management to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will play a key role in positioning the company as a leading commercial cleaning provider while supporting sales growth through targeted marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan encompassing digital, content, and local engagement campaigns to drive business growth and meet quarterly objectives. Oversee all digital channels (Website, SEO, Google Ads, social media, Email) to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads, optimizing for conversions and ROI. Produce all compelling content—including website copy, blog posts, case studies, sales brochures, and social media assets—that builds brand authority and targets key Adelaide industries. Manage and optimize the company's local SEO strategy, including Google Business Profile, local citations, and website content to dominate Adelaide-specific commercial cleaning search results. Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (traffic, leads, cost, ROI). Use data- driven insights from market and competitor research to continuously refine strategies. Create effective sales collateral and support initiatives by identifying potential B2B partnerships and developing targeted marketing programs for key commercial sectors. Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints, manage online reputation (reviews/testimonials), and oversee the marketing budget and CRM for lead tracking and nurture campaigns. Research Adelaide-specific commercial property trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and advise management on strategic recommendations. Enhance local brand presence by exploring and activating relevant sponsorships or community engagement opportunities with Adelaide businesses. Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management on marketing, branding, and communication strategies. Skills and Experience Required Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role. A demonstrable track record of planning, executing, and managing successful multi- channel marketing campaigns that generated measurable leads and directly supported sales growth. Strong hands-on proficiency across key channels: managing Google Ads campaigns, executing SEO strategies (Preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create professional, persuasive copy and collateral for both digital and print—including website content, blogs, case studies, ads, and brochures. Practical experience with essential marketing tools, including CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) etc. Understanding of the Adelaide business landscape and proven experience in local marketing tactics, including local SEO, partnership development, and community engagement to target a specific geographic market. Strong organisational, project management, and time management skills. Must have experience managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend, and delivering projects on deadline. Ability to work closely with sales teams, present strategies and results to management, and advise on marketing and branding initiatives aligned with business objectives. A blend of technical execution skills and creative problem-solving—resourceful in testing new approaches to improve lead generation and campaign performance. Hands-on experience using CRM systems for lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns to support the sales pipeline. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, construction, or services industry is desirable but not essential.
