The start of the New Year presents an exciting career opportunity for an accomplished Senior Finance Business Partner with solid operational and commercial expertise to drive transformation and make a lasting impact. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work collaboratively within the Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Accounting team, as part of the large broader Finance team. You will partner with stakeholders in a business unit undergoing major changes, using your strong partnership skills to assess current and future states, stabilise operations, and strengthen foundations for upcoming growth. In this genuine partnering role, you will take an active part in setting the pace and driving the commercial finance function. You will be responsible for both financial and non-financial analysis, modelling, insights, budgeting and forecasting. This is a critical role in the long-term strategic planning, business case development, process improvement and provision of commercial decision support to operational stakeholders. Success in this role requires demonstrated expertise in budget management, resilience, and a collaborative mindset combined with high emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will be adept at establishing trusted business relationships with stakeholders and will thrive when addressing complex and ambiguous challenges.
