Our work is guided by recovery-oriented principles, collaboration, and respect. About the RoleWe are seeking Casual Ward Clerks to join our Prison Mental Health Services team. This role provides high-quality administrative support to multidisciplinary teams across various prison locations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate health records, managing patient admissions and discharges, and supporting clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Collate and maintain patient health records in line with Forensicare and Justice Health policies. Register, admit, and discharge patients using the CMI/RAPID system with high data accuracy. Schedule outpatient appointments and assist with reporting requirements. Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence. Act as a central contact for internal and external enquiries. Support the team with office supplies and equipment maintenance. About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have: Experience providing administrative support in a health or mental health setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with CMI/RAPID. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
