The Company Our client is a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally accredited vocational education and training across Victoria. The role is based in Altona North, with ample on-site parking, and will involve occasional travel to client sites to deliver training. The Role The Trainer & Assessor will deliver the Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety to learners through a mix of classroom, online, and site-based delivery. This role suits someone who is agile and flexible, able to adapt programs to changing client schedules and operational needs. Key responsibilities include: Delivering and assessing Certificate IV WHS in line with training package requirements Facilitating engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions Assessing competency and providing constructive learner feedback Maintaining accurate training, assessment, and compliance records Supporting learners to achieve successful outcomes Contributing to continuous improvement of training and assessment resources Delivering training at client civil construction sites as required Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment Requirements TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) Certificate IV or higher in Work Health & Safety Recent and relevant industry experience in WHS Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance Experience delivering training within an RTO environment Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt delivery to changing client needs and schedules A current driver's licence and own vehicle (essential) Desirable: Experience delivering Certificate IV WHS or similar qualifications Familiarity with RTO compliance systems and student management systems Contact Please call Eugene Lane-Mullins on 0435 914 485 or email e.lane-mullins@aspectpersonnel.com.au to discuss this role or any other positions in more detail.
