Purpose Flaminia, the newly opened Italian seafood restaurant by award-winning Chef Giovanni Pilu at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, seeks proven restaurant Supervisors with strong leadership experience to guide our recently opened team at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. High-volume, high end dining requires expert oversight to drive seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead floor teams during peak services, oversee table readiness, and ensure consistent service standards from greeting to check-backs. Coach waitstaff on upselling wine/beverages, manage guest interactions including complaints, and coordinate with kitchen/bar for flawless execution. Provide polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation, and proactive check-backs in a high end dining environment. Maintain venue standards during peak service, support team coordination, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills and Experience At least 2-3 years in upscale restaurants, with proven wine knowledge and upsell skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, and availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
