Your Role: Take charge of your team’s daily operations, ensuring every vehicle is repaired to the highest standard. Liaise directly with the Kenworth Product Support team at the factory. Schedule work efficiently to keep things running smoothly and on time. Mentor and motivate your team, fostering a culture of pride and precision. Communicate clearly with ongoing updates with our customers to deliver outstanding service. What You Bring: Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications and solid hands-on experience. Proven leadership skills and a proactive mindset. Deep mechanical knowledge, especially with Kenworth trucks (Brand knowledge is desirable but not essential).
