Your new role: As the Associate Clinical Nurse Consultant - IBD, you will provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership within the Gastroenterology Ambulatory Service, supporting a gastroenterologist-led shared care model. Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to service development, education, and clinical excellence. Key responsibilities include: Delivering advanced, specialist nursing care to patients with IBD across the care continuum Providing clinical consultancy and leadership to nursing staff within the service Supporting care coordination, service efficiency, and patient-centred outcomes Contributing to education, quality improvement, research, and clinical governance initiatives About you: You are an experienced and motivated registered nurse with a passion for specialist gastroenterology and IBD care, who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
