Your new role In your new role as IT Business Analyst, you will play an important role in helping modernise CMV Group’s operations. This will involve ensuring the smooth operation of core business solutions, whilst identifying ways to simplify systems and processes, and ways to continue to innovate and improve. The role will directly assist in supporting transformation initiatives, lifting consistency, efficiency and integration across our network. What you’ll be doing Maintaining and optimising business solutions, with a focus on stability, efficiency and ease of use Proactively managing integrations and functionality, providing technical and process support Facilitating collaboration and communication across internal and external stakeholders Applying recognised practices in business analysis, project management, and service delivery Identifying opportunities to provide training, support, and operational readiness activities About you To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Experience supporting and improving business solutions across the full delivery lifecycle Strong ability to listen, problem solve, and communicate with the end-user in mind Demonstrated working knowledge of business analysis, project management and service delivery methodologies An understanding of the business environment of the automotive industry is desirable A willingness to travel and collaborate with stakeholders across SA and Victoria What’s in it for you?
