We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead with strong people‑management capability and deep experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model). You will guide multiple cross‑functional teams, uplift delivery practices, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching, building capability, and driving continuous improvement across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring consistent application of Agile principles at scale Line manage and mentor Scrum Masters, supporting their growth and performance Coach Product Owners, Technical Leads, and senior stakeholders on scaled agile delivery Champion SAFe/LeSS practices to coordinate delivery across multiple squads Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other scaled ceremonies Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and escalate issues when required Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and coaching Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams Support organisational Agile maturity through coaching and capability uplift What You Will Bring Experience 7 years in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach) Proven people‑management experience, including developing and leading Scrum Masters 3 years working in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) Experience delivering digital products, ideally in EdTech or related industries Strong background in coaching teams and senior stakeholders Technical Strengths Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Lean principles Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum syncs, and scaled ceremonies Familiarity with School Information Systems, LMS, adaptive learning, or AI‑driven EdTech Strong understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and Agile portfolio management Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma or similar tools Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑influencing skills Qualifications SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent certification preferred Background in software engineering or product management is an advantage Why Tes Our intuitive technology streamlines complex tasks, enhances learning experiences, and alleviates the administrative burdens that often overwhelm schools.
