We’re partnering with a leading Tier 1 mining contractor and currently seeking experienced Water Well Offsiders to join their high-performing team. What’s on Offer $46.20 per hour 2:1 roster – consistent work/life balance Secure, ongoing opportunity Work with a Tier 1 Mining Company Paid training genuine career progression Free EAP Support Services What You’ll Be Doing Assisting the drill crew with daily operations Moving and cleaning drilling rigs and equipment Digging and cleaning mud pits and drains Mixing and testing drilling fluids, chemicals and grout Assisting with sampling, welding and casing installation Operating pumps and equipment General maintenance, housekeeping and support duties onsite What We’re Looking For Water Well drilling and offsiding experience – essential Current First Aid / CPR (within last 12 months) 4WD Training – current Fire Fighting Training – current National Police Clearance (within last 6 months) HR-B Licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain) Physically fit and mechanically minded Team player with a great attitude Must reside in WA At that stage we are only able to consider WA residents with full working rights.
