We are currently seeking a proactive and highly skilled Laboratory Supervisor to lead our laboratory operations and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our concrete, quarry, and asphalt product testing. Responsibilities Lead and develop the laboratory team, ensuring training, succession planning, and a strong, safety focused culture through toolbox meetings and incident reporting. Drive quality and compliance, maintaining full adherence to NATA (ISO17025), audit requirements, internal standards, and CRH best practice guidelines. Oversee technical operations, including scheduling, accurate test reporting, equipment maintenance/calibration, and consistency of testing outcomes. Deliver excellent customer service, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support quality outcomes and continuous improvement. Manage business performance, overseeing operational and capital budgets while improving efficiency and compliance across laboratory systems and processes. What you will need to succeed: Experience in laboratory operations within the concrete, quarry, asphalt, or construction materials industry. Strong understanding of NATA/ISO17025 requirements. Leadership experience with the ability to train, develop, and support staff. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
