About the role This Store Manager role is based at the Seaford location and is supported by two Assistant Managers , allowing you to focus on leadership, performance, and team development. You'll lead a large, hands-on team in a trade-focused environment where service, product knowledge, and relationships matter. The roster includes one in three weekends , offering balance alongside strong earning potential. What you will do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store leadership team Drive sales, KPIs, and operational excellence Create a safe, engaged, and accountable team culture Build strong relationships with trade and DIY customers Oversee rosters, wages, stock, and daily store operations What you will bring Proven experience as a Store Manager in trade, tools, or large-format retail Strong people leadership with a supportive, hands-on style Commercial acumen with confidence managing store performance Ability to lead from the floor and build trust with experienced teams What's in it for you!
