Job Description As the Sales Lead for our Federal Government portfolio, you will be the primary driver of our growth and strategic expansion within Commonwealth agencies. This role offers a unique platform to lead high-impact sales initiatives, focusing on both deepening our footprint within established departments and aggressively pursuing "net new" logos across the federal landscape. You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing the complex, multi-year deals that define the future of digital government in Australia. Operating within a sophisticated matrixed environment, you will act as the vital link between our Sales, Delivery, and Capability teams. Your mission is to translate NCS’s global innovation into localized, integrated solutions that address the specific security and operational mandates of the public sector. By bridging these functions, you will ensure that our offerings—ranging from cloud and AI to large-scale systems integration—are not only commercially competitive but are also delivered with the technical excellence and sovereign reliability that our government partners expect. Beyond the immediate sales cycle, you will play a critical role in elevating the NCS brand. You will be expected to nurture deep, executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C level stakeholders and ICT decision-makers.
