Step Into Your Next Chapter: As an instructional leader, the Head of Department will focus on building high-performing teacher teams who are effective problem-solvers, demonstrate agile decision-making, and are confident in thoughtful risk-taking. A key priority of the role is leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence integration practices and strengthening school-wide data literacy to support improved teaching and learning outcomes. The role also carries operational responsibility for managing school IT systems during NAPLAN testing and overseeing student Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) systems to ensure reliability, compliance, and minimal disruption to teaching and learning.
