Loss Adjuster | Intermediate to Executive Level Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast | Hybrid Working Model We are seeking experienced Loss Adjusters across a range of seniorities to manage and progress insurance claims through to settlement. You will work across a diverse portfolio of claims, supported by a high-performing and collaborative claims team. This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to work with a well-established specialist organisation experiencing continued national growth. The Role End-to-end management of insurance claims Site inspections to determine causation, quantify loss and assess policy coverage Liaison with insurers, policyholders, suppliers and other stakeholders Preparation of clear, accurate written reports and recommendations Compliance with legislative requirements, codes of practice and service standards Mentoring of junior team members (Senior & Executive roles) About You Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster at Intermediate, Senior or Executive level Strong technical capability and understanding of the claims lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised with strong stakeholder management abilities Experience using claims management systems Senior / Executive level candidates will have: 5–10 years’ experience across property (major/complex loss), commercial, liability, construction, engineering or strata Professional accreditation (AICLA, ANZIIF or similar) What’s on Offer Competitive remuneration packages (including vehicle allowance and bonus structure where applicable) High level of autonomy with strong team and administrative support Flexible, hybrid working environment Immediate start available For more information please apply and we will reach out, we can only consider applications with unlimited working rights in Australia.
