Your new role: In this senior nursing leadership role, you will lead the Mental Health Call Telephone Triage service, ensuring high-quality clinical care, effective workforce management and strong governance across Access Services. You will: Provide senior nursing leadership and operational management of MH Call Triage Lead workforce planning, rostering, recruitment and performance management Support high-quality mental health assessment, risk management and triage Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and safety initiatives Use data and benchmarking to inform service performance and improvement About you: You are an experienced mental health nurse leader with strong operational capability and a commitment to high-quality, recovery-oriented care.
