Your new role: This role provides advanced, specialist nursing care and clinical leadership to patients with complex colorectal, colorectal pelvic floor and oesophageal manometry needs within a multidisciplinary setting. Deliver autonomous, expert clinical care and coordination for patients with complex colorectal and pelvic floor conditions Provide clinical leadership in assessment, care planning, education, quality improvement and research activities Work collaboratively within the Endoscopy Unit and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, person-centred care Support service management activities and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of senior nursing staff About you: You are an experienced and motivated clinical nurse who thrives in a specialist environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Registered Nurse with advanced clinical knowledge and experience in colorectal, pelvic floor or related specialty care (or a strong desire to develop this expertise) Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, apply critical thinking and manage complex clinical situations Proven leadership capability, with experience supporting education, quality initiatives, and professional practice development Committed to Metro South Health values, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
