Your new role: In this senior role, you will lead Mental Health Call Telephone Triage services, providing advanced clinical oversight, governance and operational leadership. You'll support clinicians to deliver safe, recovery-oriented care while driving service performance, workforce capability and continuous improvement. You will: Provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy in mental health triage Lead and manage a multidisciplinary allied health team Support high-quality assessment, risk management, triage and referral processes Drive clinical governance, quality, safety and performance improvement Analyse data and trends to inform workforce planning and service redesign About you: You are an experienced senior mental health clinician with strong leadership capability and a passion for high-quality, accessible mental health services.
