About your role: Provide specialist knowledge in the area of child and family health to provide telephone support and collaboratively assess and triage referrals for children/families accessing universal and targeted services. Assist families to negotiate health services and to resolve barriers in accessing referral pathways. Practice collaboratively and provide clinical leadership within the interdisciplinary health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
