This is a hands-on Principal Recruiter role for strong billers who want autonomy, scope, and long-term opportunity. We’re seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Recruiter to take full responsibility for a high-demand 360 desk within Aged & Community Care and be a pivotal contributor to the business. You’ll operate with autonomy, build long-term client partnerships, and contribute to overall success while remaining hands-on in recruitment.
