This role is responsible for: Managing urgent and complex audit issues that can’t be resolved through standard file checking Acting as a central point of contact to ensure accurate responses and timely escalation across teams Improving processes by identifying inefficiencies and simplifying workflows Coordinating with Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly Supporting team alignment and maintaining high audit and compliance standards Phone Support to the Cruise aftersales team during peak / high season Management of the cruise online chat This role plays a key part in protecting audit quality, improving efficiency, and ensuring clear communication across the business.
