Currently, they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in Western Sydney. A hands-on Supervisor, you will manage a small, one shift production team. This role involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, optimising efficiency, and leading a team of production workers. The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting a safe and productive work environment while fostering continuous improvement and adherence to established procedures and policies. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in an, engineered to order, manufacturing environment. It is essential that you will have strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, be a proactive problem solver, as well as having previous experience using ERP systems.
