Our client, a leading provider who is devoted to worker's wellbeing, require a proactive Engagement Officer / Communications Assistant to support mental health and wellbeing initiatives in workplaces and communities. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communications, and organisational reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead grant and tender writing to support organisational sustainability. Review and redesign current brochures and resources to ensure clear, engaging, and trauma-informed messaging. Prepare quarterly workplace wellbeing reports for client organisations, analysing trends and providing actionable insights. Assist with stakeholder engagement, including meetings, briefings, and event coordination. Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, and digital content. Ensure all communications are confidential, ethical, and culturally appropriate. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a closely related discipline. Experience in grant writing, tender writing, or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
